Surgical instruments are high-value precision products that every operating room depends on, yet there are fewer and fewer qualified specialists in Europe who can manufacture and repair them.
MASOK Academy’s program trains students in the manufacture, maintenance and professional repair of surgical instruments according to German quality standards, following the newly adopted (2026) qualification standard.
Who can apply
The program is open to candidates with a secondary school diploma in a technical field. Practical training takes place at a state-of-the-art training center, and graduates receive a nationally recognized qualification plus an international AHK certificate.
